Problem logging in

• Wait 5 Minutes
  It may take up to 5 minutes for your details, login and password, to be active on our site. This is because of the large member base and the large number of videos and picture sets on the site. After 5 minutes if you still have problems with your new login and password please email me at: webmaster@paulmarkham.com, it's protected by Spam Arrest, to keep out spammers, so be ready to approve yourself. Give me your login and password.
• Login and Password are case sensitive. Upper case or lower case.
  The site needs a case sensitive login and password. So be sure to get it right. 99% of reported problems are typo's!
• Forget Your login or Password?
  If you forgot your login or password you can retrieve it by filling in your email address FORGOT PASSWORD. If you still login with your login and password you can email us at: webmaster@paulmarkham.com

Blocked Account?

• Naughty! Thought you'd share your password eh? Contact me with your login, email and excuse and I'll look into it.
• We understand sometimes legitimate users have a problem. Usually because their password is easy to hack or someone has found it on another site and going around trying it everywhere. Server down or running slow?

• Unlikely. Check your DNS is up, your cache is cleared, your network is up, try a reboot. We don't have downtime. If all else fails and you can't get it up - contact me. webmaster@paulmarkham.com
• If you know how to do a "Trace Route" do one and send it to me. This shows the route the data is taking and shows where the problem is.

DOWNLOADING PORN VIDEOS TO YOUR MOBILE PHONE OR IPOD.

• Mobile phone porn videos and iPod porn videos are a great way of taking your favorite porn with you. Take it anywhere where you can enjoy in private and don't have a computer handy.
• Downloading your mobile phone porn or iPod porn is easy and the savings you make are well worth the effort. Some of you will already know this and I'm talking to the converted. This is for those who don't know.

• These tools help one person and inconvenience 50. They slow down a site so everyone else suffers. Plus the vast majority of the people using them are password traders. People who never paid in the first place and think members who did pay should fund them. Video Help

• If you're having problems viewing videos, we recommend you install the latest Windows Media Player.
• Alternative Video Players. I have thought about this time and time again, every version we have on the site means more storage for the same video. Which will mean more costs and less video scenes. If you want less videos in more options go to another site, if you do not have Windows Media Player, download it here.

Content on the site.

• I keep 410 videos and approximately 1440 image sets. Most of them shot by me or one of my team. I also buy in scenes and the reasons are simple. Cost, to buy in new videos and image sets for members is so cheap it is not much of a decision. I wonder why more sites don't do this. It also gives the site more variation. Some of the scenes you might like and some you may not like. Not buying in will result in LESS porn on the site and not in it being replaced by more of our scenes. Use the Star Rating system so I know what you like, when a scene falls below an acceptable level I will remove it for ever. Even if I am in it. LOL
• Rotation. We add and rotate content. This has proved to be the most profitable and acceptable by the majority of members. Every day we update the site with 4 videos and 5 images, new to members who have not been here for more than 95 days. Most memberships last 60 days so few get to see all of the content on the site and in the library. Every year I plan to shoot 250 videos which all get added, plus buy in as I see content I like. Not as good as the Mega sites I know, but they have been running longer than we have. We are getting there. Some do not like the rotation, but if we had all the content on the site their would be less people staying. Members stay to see what is new to them.

How do I cancel my account?

• I hope you will stay and enjoy your membership and sad to see you go, but understand everyone gets bored looking at the same interpretation of porn and has to move on. When you do take a look at the review site of friends sites that I trust.
  To cancel you need three (3) of the following pieces of info used when you joined:
  E-mail, Credit Card number and Subscription ID.
  
• If you were billed through CCBill then please go there to proceed.
• If you are having problems remembering the two (2) options needed to cancel, on each cancel page towards the bottom you'll see a form you can fill out so that Paycom, CCBill, or WTS can assist you in recovering this information.
